Portfolio Reporting

See your entire portfolio's security posture at a glance, drill into any client for detail, and pull compliance exports without logging into each org individually.

Portfolio risk overview

The MSP portal's Reports section shows all clients ranked by human risk score. The score is built from four signals per client:

  • Phishing click rate β€” what percentage of simulated phishing emails were clicked
  • Training completion β€” how much of the assigned program has been completed
  • Deepfake accuracy β€” how well staff identify real vs AI-generated content
  • Course rushing β€” whether staff are actually reading or just clicking through

A client at 40 is a conversation you need to have. A client at 80+ is running a mature program.

Per-client compliance exports

To pull a compliance report for a specific client:

  1. Enter the client's admin panel from the client list.
  2. Go to Reporting.
  3. Select the reporting period and compliance framework (Essential Eight, APRA CPS 234, or generic completion summary).
  4. Click Export PDF. The report is generated immediately.

Reports include training completion rates by department, phishing simulation results, and a framework-mapped control status. Suitable for handing directly to a client's auditor or board.

Scheduled report delivery

You can schedule monthly compliance reports to be emailed automatically β€” either to you, to the client admin, or both. Set this up from within the client's admin panel under Reporting β†’ Scheduled Reports. The report goes out on the first of each month covering the prior month.

For MSPs managing 20+ clients, scheduled delivery means you're never scrambling to pull reports at quarter end.

The alert feed

Chinron monitors your portfolio and surfaces issues automatically in the Alerts section:

  • Overdue training β€” clients where assigned courses are past their due date
  • Zero-open campaigns β€” phishing campaigns that sent but nobody opened (usually a deliverability issue)
  • Risk score drops β€” clients whose score has fallen significantly since last month
  • High-risk users β€” individual users flagged across your portfolio who've clicked multiple simulations or have very low completion

The alert feed is the thing that lets you run 30 clients without checking in on each one every week. It only surfaces what actually needs your attention.

Risk trend over time

The portfolio view includes a month-by-month risk score trend per client. This is the chart you show in a QBR β€” "here's where your organisation was six months ago, here's where it is now, here's what drove the change."

The trend populates as data accumulates. A client in their first month will show a baseline; by month three you have a meaningful trend line.
