Adding a New Client
Creates an isolated organisation for the client under your MSP account. Takes about two minutes.
Create the organisation
- In the MSP portal, go to Clients β Add Client.
- Enter the company name, industry, and approximate user count.
- Select the region. This determines where the client's data is stored β choose the region the client operates in.
- Click Create. The client organisation is provisioned immediately.
Branding β set once, applies to all clients
Branding is configured at the MSP level, not per client. Go to Settings β Branding in your MSP portal to set your logo and accent colour. Every client you onboard automatically inherits your branding β their staff see your MSP's identity on training emails and the learner portal.
You only need to do this once. New clients pick it up automatically at creation.
Import the client's staff
While inside the client's admin panel, import their staff via Settings β Directory. The same four options apply β Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho, or CSV. See the Import Your Staff guide for the full steps.
Depending on your MSP agreement with the client, you might do this yourself or hand them an admin account and have them do it.
Create a client admin account (optional)
If the client wants their own admin login β to pull their own reports, monitor training, or manage their staff β go to Staff β Invite Admin from within their org. They'll receive an invite email and can set their own credentials.
You retain full access regardless. A client admin can only see their own organisation.
Set up deliverability
Before any phishing campaigns can go out for this client, their mail system needs to allowlist Chinron's sending domains and IP. This is per client β one client's allowlist doesn't cover another.
Either walk the client through the deliverability guide for their mail provider, or do it yourself if you have admin access to their Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Zoho tenant.
