Running Training for a Client

You can set up and manage training for any client directly from your MSP portal β€” the client doesn't need to do anything themselves unless you want them to.

Generating a training program

  1. From your MSP portal, click the client name to enter their admin panel.
  2. Go to Training Paths β†’ Auto Generate with AI.
  3. Select a path type. Industry Specific is recommended β€” Chinron builds six courses tailored to the client's sector.
  4. Set a start date. Defaulting to the first of next month gives time for deliverability to be confirmed.
  5. Choose the audience β€” all staff, or a specific department.
  6. Review the 12-month schedule and click Activate.

Staff receive an enrolment email automatically. You don't need to notify them separately.

Running it for multiple departments

If a client has multiple departments with different training needs β€” for example, finance needs different content to customer service β€” generate a separate training path per department using the audience selector and the industry override. Each department gets a program tailored to their risk profile.

Monitoring progress from the MSP view

You don't need to be inside a client's org to monitor them. From the MSP portal client list, each client shows:

  • Current human risk score
  • Training completion percentage across the org
  • Whether any training is overdue
  • Last campaign open rate

For deeper detail β€” individual user progress, specific course completion, overdue learners β€” enter the client's admin panel and go to Staff or Reporting.

Phishing campaigns

Phishing campaigns are created per client from within their admin panel. Go to Phishing β†’ New Campaign. Select the template set, the target audience, and a scheduled send date.

Make sure deliverability is configured for this client before launching. A campaign to a client whose mail system hasn't been allowlisted will show zero opens. See the deliverability guide.

Handing training management to the client

If the client wants to manage their own training after initial setup, create them an admin account (Staff β†’ Invite Admin from within their org). They can then log in independently, adjust training paths, view their own reports, and manage their staff.

You retain full access. You can check in or take over at any time without needing to ask them for credentials.
