Why Deliverability Matters
Do this before you launch your first campaign. Skip it and your open rates will show zero — not because the platform isn't working, but because the emails never arrived.
Phishing simulations are designed to look like real attacks. That means your email security will try to block them — which is exactly its job. You need to tell your mail system that Chinron's specific simulations are safe to deliver. This is called allowlisting.
It takes about two minutes per provider. Find your email system below and follow that guide.
Finding your sending details
The exact sending domains and IP address are listed in your Chinron account under Settings → Deliverability. Always copy them from there — they may be updated as new domains are added.
