Gmail (Google Workspace)

Deploy the Report Phishing add-on to your organisation's Gmail. Requires super admin access.

Before you start

Generate your token in Chinron (Settings → Report Phishing Button → Generate token) and download the Gmail code package. Do not regenerate the token after deployment.

  1. Go to admin.google.com and sign in as a super admin.
  2. Navigate to Apps → Google Workspace Marketplace apps.
  3. Choose Add from Apps Script and deploy the Code.gs file provided in your downloaded package.
  4. The Report Phishing button appears in Gmail for all users in your organisation.

Note: If your Chinron phishing simulation domains aren't allowlisted in Google Workspace, Gmail may flag simulation emails as spam before they arrive. Set up deliverability first to ensure simulations land in the inbox.
