Outlook (Microsoft 365)

Deploy the Report Phishing button to Outlook desktop, web, and mobile in a few steps. Works for all M365 users in your tenant.

Before you start

Generate your token in Chinron (Settings → Report Phishing Button → Generate token) and download the Outlook manifest ZIP. Do not regenerate the token after deployment.

  1. Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Integrated Apps → Upload custom app.
  3. Upload the manifest ZIP you downloaded from Chinron.
  4. Assign it to All users, or a test group first if you want to validate before rolling out.
  5. Save. The button appears in Outlook automatically — desktop, web, and mobile.
