Zoho Mail
Two-minute setup in the Zoho Mail Admin Console.
Before you start
Get the current sending domains and IP from your Chinron account: Settings → Deliverability. Copy them from there — don't use values from elsewhere, as they may change.
- Open the Zoho Mail Admin Console and go to Mail Administration → Anti-Spam.
- Under Allowlist, choose by IP address and add the sending IP listed in Chinron under Settings → Deliverability.
- Then allowlist by sender domain and add each domain listed in the same section.
- Save.
Good news for Zoho users: When one of your staff reports a simulation as phishing using the Zoho Report Phishing widget, Chinron automatically logs it. No extra configuration needed — that part just works.
