Report Phishing Button
A native button in your team's inbox. One click reports a suspicious email — no copy-pasting headers, no confusion about who to tell.
How it works
- In Chinron, go to Settings → Report Phishing Button.
- Enter the email address where you want real phishing reports to land — your security or IT inbox.
- Click Generate token.
- Download the deployment package for your email system: an Outlook manifest ZIP, Gmail Apps Script code, or a Zoho widget ZIP.
- Follow the guide for your provider below.
Important: Do NOT regenerate the token after you've deployed the button. Regenerating invalidates every button already installed, and you'd have to redeploy to all users. Generate once, deploy once.
What happens when someone clicks it
- The full message is captured and forwarded to your security inbox.
- If it was a Chinron simulation, it's automatically logged as a reported event in the campaign — a positive signal in the user's risk score.
- Your team builds the reporting habit your awareness program is trying to create.
