Training Wizard
Generate your full 12-month training program in about 30 seconds. Make sure you've imported your staff first.
Step 1 — Open the wizard
Go to Training Paths → Auto Generate with AI.
Step 2 — Choose a path type
- Industry Specific — six courses built specifically for your sector. This is what most organisations should pick.
- Hybrid — three universal courses plus three industry-specific.
- Generic — universal security awareness with no industry tailoring.
Step 3 — Set a start date
Defaults to the first of next month. Leave it there — it gives you time to complete deliverability setup before training kicks off. Set up deliverability before this date.
Step 4 — Choose your audience
Select All staff or a specific department. If a department needs a different industry focus to the rest of the org, use the industry override dropdown to set it independently.
Step 5 — Review the schedule
The 12-month view shows six courses released on a cadence — not all at once. After each course:
- A phishing simulation one week later — tests what they just learned.
- A deepfake challenge two weeks after that.
All scheduled automatically. No manual setup required per release.
Step 6 — Activate
Click Activate. The first course goes live immediately (or on the start date you chose). Enrolled staff receive an email letting them know training has started — you don't need to send anything yourself.
